   • Virtual consultations focus on guidance, support, and managing aspects of your health within the scope of virtual care.
     
     
2. Primary Care and Preventative Health:
   • Dr. Jila highly recommends that all women maintain an in-person primary care provider for comprehensive healthcare needs.
   • Every woman should have an in-person preventative health visit at least once per year, which includes routine health screenings such as mammograms, pap smears, and blood tests, as recommended by your primary care provider.
     
     
3. Limitations of Virtual Care:
   • JilaMD’s virtual practice does not provide emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, you should call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
   • Virtual consultations are based on the information you provide during your sessions. Any misrepresentation or omission of facts may affect the quality of care and advice provided.
   • Virtual services cannot substitute for physical exams or certain diagnostic tests that require an in-person visit.
     
     
4. Privacy and Confidentiality:
   • All virtual sessions are confidential and HIPAA-compliant. Your personal health information will be kept secure and private.
